DEALAGRAM operates dealagram.co, its installed web app, deal discovery tools and notification bots. This policy explains our handling of information through those services. It also applies to our communications with you. External shops, social networks and delivery providers have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
- Subscriptions and preferences. Email addresses, selected notification methods, saved search criteria (such as categories, title words, prices and discounts), subscription status, confirmation records and opt-out records.
- Notification destinations. Telegram chat IDs and available usernames, group or channel names; Discord server/channel IDs and delivery destinations; and browser push subscription IDs, permission status and device/browser information. A Discord webhook supplied for a custom notification is a delivery credential; do not share it publicly.
- Service activity. Requests to our website, IP addresses and technical logs, delivery attempts and provider responses, subscription changes, and administrative actions. Connected platforms can supply channel names and available member counts so we can monitor delivery and estimated reach. Counts may overlap across services.
- Messages you send us. Your name, email address and message when you contact us. Our contact form submits this information to Jotform.
- Browser storage. Cookies and local storage used for sessions, security, saved interface state, installed web-app functions and notifications. Private administrators also have persistent sign-in cookies that can be removed by signing out or clearing cookies.
- Analytics and advertising information. Where the integrations below operate, they can collect page visits, interactions, referring pages, device/browser information, cookie identifiers and approximate location derived from an IP address. Session analytics can record interactions with pages.
We do not process your Amazon purchases or receive your full payment-card details from checkout. Product listings, prices and review statistics come from product-data providers such as Keepa. Affiliate reporting can provide information about referred purchases and commissions.
How information is used and shared
We use information to run searches, deliver the notifications you request, manage subscriptions, answer support requests, maintain the website, measure performance and reach, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, administer filters and comply with legal obligations. Search criteria are sent to Keepa to obtain matching product data. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information into search fields.
We disclose information needed by hosting and database services, delivery providers and other services that perform these functions. Relevant services include:
- Resend for email delivery and delivery, bounce and complaint events.
- OneSignal for browser push subscriptions and delivery.
- Telegram, Discord and Meta/Facebook for the platform features you use and our public deal posts. A subscription to our emails does not make your email address part of our public deal posts.
- Jotform for contact-form submissions.
- Google for Analytics, AdSense and externally hosted fonts; Mouseflow for page-interaction analytics; and Meta for its advertising pixel on applicable pages.
- Keepa for product searches, pricing and price-history charts, and Amazon when you follow product or affiliate links. Loading external images or charts also sends a request, including technical connection information, to their host.
Providers receive information such as the destination needed for a notification and may process technical or usage data under their own terms. Posts in a Telegram group, Discord channel or Facebook Page are visible to the people who can access that space. The relevant platform and its administrators control that visibility.
We may also disclose information when legally required, to investigate abuse or protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not publish our subscriber lists. Advertising disclosures can be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws even when no money is exchanged; a statement that we do not sell an email list does not mean advertising technologies are exempt from those laws.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics for traffic measurement. Mouseflow page-interaction analytics and the Meta advertising pixel operate on applicable pages. Our website also includes Google AdSense integration. These providers may use cookies, similar storage or identifiers and may recognize browsers over time or across websites. Their collection is separate from whether you subscribe to deal notifications. We do not show a site-wide cookie or consent dialog.
You can control cookies and site storage through your browser and use provider tools such as Google’s ad controls and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Browser or content blockers can restrict tracking but may also prevent notifications or embedded features from connecting. Clearing cookies does not unsubscribe an email address or remove data already held by a provider.
Do Not Track: the website does not currently change its tracking integrations in response to a Do Not Track signal. Providers may apply their own privacy controls. Use the browser and provider tools above, or contact us about a privacy request.
Your notification and privacy choices
- Email: use the footer link to stop one notification, or “Unsubscribe from all DEALAGRAM emails” to stop live-feed and custom-search emails to that address. The page does not require a login. An all-email opt-out cancels waiting deliveries and confirmation requests; a message already being transmitted may still arrive. A later, newly requested and confirmed subscription starts only that subscription again.
- Telegram and Discord: use the bot’s subscription controls, leave a notification channel, or ask its administrator to remove the bot or delivery connection. These choices do not automatically unsubscribe a separate email address.
- Browser notifications: use the website’s notification control or your browser/device’s site-permission settings. Each browser installation has its own subscription.
- Access, correction or deletion: contact us to request a copy, correction or deletion of information associated with you, or to raise another privacy request. Specify the notification destination and request; never send passwords, API keys or Discord webhook secrets. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or authority.
Depending on your location and which laws apply to DEALAGRAM, rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, withdrawal of consent, restrictions on processing, an objection to processing, or an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may authorize an agent where the law permits. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements and will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any available appeal process. You may also complain to your relevant privacy regulator.
Retention, security and international processing
We retain subscription records while needed to provide and manage the service. Stopping notifications changes their status; it does not automatically erase all records. We retain appropriate opt-out records to respect your choices, and may retain delivery history, security logs, support correspondence and backups as needed for troubleshooting, fraud prevention, legal obligations and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements; contact us for a deletion request.
We use measures such as restricted administrative access, signed subscription links and encrypted HTTPS connections. No service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Treat subscription-management links as private because they authorize changes to the associated notifications. Our service and providers can process information in the United States and other countries with different data-protection rules; legally required transfer safeguards apply where relevant.
Children
DEALAGRAM is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We will publish updates on this page and change the date above. For material changes, we will provide additional notice when required, and seek any consent required for a new use of information. A change to this policy does not override an existing unsubscribe choice.
