These terms apply to dealagram.co, its installed web app, search tools and notification services operated as DEALAGRAM (“we,” “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to use our subscription and custom-search features. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
What DEALAGRAM provides
DEALAGRAM helps discover Amazon deals through a public feed, selected deal collections, custom searches and optional notifications. Our current deal-discovery and notification features are free. We do not sell the featured products, take payment for them, fulfill orders or provide their warranties. Purchases take place with Amazon or the seller identified at checkout.
Prices, discounts and availability
Deals reflect information available when observed or last checked. Prices, offers, stock, shipping, coupons and eligibility can change before you open a post or complete checkout. An “active” listing is not a promise that an offer remains available. Automatic and manual expiration checks can be delayed or mistaken. Check the exact product, size, color, condition, seller and total price at checkout.
MSRP/list-price comparisons and discounts from a recent average use the reference data available to us. A list price is not necessarily the price most buyers recently paid. A recent average is historical context, not a guarantee of savings or future value. Review counts and ratings can change and may apply to related product variations. “Best,” “biggest drops” and similar collections are selections based on our criteria and available data, not a claim that we have compared every offer or personally tested every product.
Some offers require Prime, a coupon, a subscription, a particular delivery location or other conditions set by the seller. Amazon and sellers decide whether to honor an order, including a possible pricing error. Contact the retailer or seller for returns, cancellations, refunds and product support.
Affiliate links and advertising
As an Amazon Associate, DEALAGRAM earns from qualifying purchases. Product links can be affiliate links, and we may receive a commission when you use them. The service may also display advertising. Brand names, product images and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that those owners sponsor or endorse DEALAGRAM.
Notifications and custom searches
Subscribe only with an address, account, group, channel or delivery connection you own or are authorized to manage. Email and other setup confirmations help verify a destination. Keep confirmation and management links private. A Telegram or Discord administrator is responsible for the permissions and expectations of the space where they enable posts.
Delivery frequency depends on matching deals. We aim to send notifications promptly after discovering a match. “Deals delivered to you instantly upon discovery” describes that aim, not a guaranteed delivery time: scanning intervals, API allowances, queues, outages and platform or device settings can cause delays or missed messages. Multiple deals found in one search may be combined into one email. Custom searches can record an initial baseline before notifying about later matches.
Filters, title exceptions and automated checks do not guarantee that every result is relevant, available or the lowest possible price. We can adjust discovery and quality rules to maintain the service. Your selected notification method is also subject to that provider’s terms, permissions and availability.
Every deal email offers a way to unsubscribe from that notification or all DEALAGRAM emails to the same address. The all-email choice covers the main feed and custom searches; it does not stop separate Telegram, Discord or browser subscriptions. Use those services’ controls to stop them. Already delivered messages cannot be recalled, and a message already being transmitted may still arrive.
Acceptable use and access
Do not use the service to send unwanted messages, register destinations without permission, interfere with another person’s subscriptions, bypass access controls, overload our API allowance, probe private credentials or disrupt the website or bots. Automated access must respect published access restrictions and must not impair the service. We may apply rate limits or suspend abusive or unauthorized use, and may remove inaccurate, expired or inappropriate listings.
Use our public share links to share deals. Do not imply that you represent DEALAGRAM without permission or republish substantial portions of our original content in a way that infringes our rights. Nothing here limits lawful quotation, fair use or other rights provided by law. Do not send confidential information through public search fields or include sensitive information in a support message that we do not need.
External services and service availability
Amazon, Keepa, email and push providers, Telegram, Discord, Meta and linked websites operate independently. Their content, purchases and services are governed by their own terms. We cannot control their availability or decisions. We may improve, change or discontinue features; if a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice as required by law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DEALAGRAM is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation, a particular saving, or fitness for a particular purpose. We use reasonable efforts to maintain useful information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of every third-party listing or successful delivery of every notification.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, including a missed offer or a third-party product or delivery failure. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, willful misconduct or other protected claims. They do not require you to waive a right to a remedy that the law makes available.
Applicable law and concerns
California law governs these terms, except where your applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Mandatory rights in your place of residence remain unaffected. If you have a concern, please contact DEALAGRAM so we can try to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from seeking assistance from a regulator or pursuing a legally available remedy.
Changes and other terms
We will post revisions here with an updated date. We will give appropriate advance notice of material changes when required by law and obtain agreement where required. Changes will not retroactively eliminate rights that already accrued. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
